Dale S. Siligmueller
Founder / Partner
Dale founded SFM in 1998. He brings over 30 years of financial services industry experience to the firm. Prior to founding SFM, Dale served as an executive vice president at Zurich Kemper Investments, where he had worked for 20 years.
Education and Financial Credentials
- Bachelor of Science, Accounting, from the University of Illinois in 1971
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate, and Registered Representative (Series 7) designation
- Member of Financial Planning Association
Personal
Dale has 2 children, Tracy and David, and resides with his wife Cinda in Glen Ellyn. He is a commissioner on the Village of Glen Ellyn Zoning Board of Appeals, a tutor at Outreach Community Center, and an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Glen Ellyn.

Steve R. Norvid
Partner
Steve has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry. Before joining SFM in 2008, Steve served as a vice president at Van Kampen Investments (1992-2000) and Calamos Investments (2000-2008) where his focus was Business/Product Development and Relationship Management.

- Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Finance Major and Math Minor, from Iowa State University in 1988
- Member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Chicago
- 2009 Level III Chartered Financial Analyst candidate
- Member of Financial Planning Association
- Maintains the Uniform Investment Adviser (Series 65) designation
Personal
Steve lives with his wife Jenny and their four children, Zachary, Julia, Luke and Tess, in their Glen Ellyn home. He coaches soccer, and is an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Glen Ellyn.
